Correction In a story entitled “City honors outgoing administration,” that ran in the June 27 issue of The South Reporter, an error was made in attribution. Alderman Russell Johnson was the person who presented a framed picture to the Mayor Andre’ DeBerry. Alderman Garrie Colhoun presented a plaque to the mayor. Johnson said the presentation he made contained a picture of the mayor taken during the ribbon cutting for Eddie Lee Smith Drive and beside that was a certificate of appreciation signed by all the aldermen. The South Reporter apologizes to Johnson and others for this error. |
