Due to growth in the area, the booster station is over capacity use. It was originally designed to serve 60 users. The upgrade will ensure adequate water pressure is maintained throughout the system. The upgrade will also provide potable water to area residents who are now served by private wells and have septic tanks. The loan is for 35 years at 4.1 percent.
